Connecticut Governor’s Innovation Fellowship Conducts Statewide Call for Applications
Program helps retain top college graduates and places exceptional talent with growing Connecticut companies
CTNext is searching for its next cohort for the Governor’s Innovation Fellowship (GIF) and has opened its application period to college students who have or will graduate in 2021 or are on track to graduate in the spring of 2022.
If selected, fellows would receive:
- A growth-track position in an innovation-based Connecticut company
- A $5,000 grant
- Enrollment in a career development experience program
The Governor’s Innovation Fellowship launched in 2020 in Stamford, Connecticut. Fellows in the 17-person cohort secured positions with prestigious Stamford-based companies, including:
- Arccos Golf (a leading provider of big data, advanced analytics and machine learning insights for the global golf industry)
- Curacity (a data analytics company focused on the travel sector)
- Henkel (a global industrial and consumer company)
- ISG (a leading global technology research and advisory firm)
- Octagon (the world’s largest sports and entertainment agency)
- Sema4 (the fastest-growing health intelligence company in the country)
- Synchrony (a global leader in the fintech market)
- Trebel (an app for music lovers that lets them enjoy free downloads)
- Tru Optik (a leader in over-the-top measurement, data management, attribution and privacy compliance)
